LINCOLN, Neb. – Cornell's men's soccer team took on another tough nonconference opponent Sunday afternoon, falling 4-0 to undefeated Nebraska Wesleyan at Abel Stadium.
 
The Rams (1-4-3) surrendered a pair of goals in each half to the Prairie Wolves, who improved to 6-0-1 this fall.
 
Nebraska Wesleyan scored twice in the opening 16 minutes and held down Cornell's attack the entire day. Gaurab Khadka, Fox Wight, Will Bickel and Federico Polidori each attempted one shot on goal for the Rams.
 
Cornell's defense faced 28 shots from the home team. Cornell starting goalkeeper Floris Huiskers posted eight saves, one shy of his season high. Jeremy Spina worked four scoreless minutes in relief.
 
The Prairie Wolves attempted 10 corner kicks, to Cornell's four.
