MOUNT VERNON – Cornell's women's basketball program landed four student-athletes on the
2025-26 NCAA Division III Academic All-District Team, selected by the College Sports Communicators.
Senior
Heidi Jorgensen (kinesiology) and junior
Kiley Edris (business management) earned the distinction for the second consecutive year. Sophomores
Penley Park (applied psychology) and
Erin Knowles (elementary education) are first-time selections.
To be eligible for academic all-district recognition, the nominee must be at least a sophomore in academic and athletic standing, hold a cumulative grade point average of at least 3.50 and have competed in 90 percent of the institution's contests OR started at least 66 percent of the institution's contests.
The CSC Academic All-America Teams will be announced April 15.
