MOUNT VERNON – Cornell's men's soccer program has been recognized for excellence in the classroom with the
United Soccer Coaches College Team Academic Award for the 2025-26 year.
The Rams compiled a team grade point average of 3.29. This is the program's fourth such academic award under head coach
Nate Grosse.
For a team to be eligible, it must have a composite GPA of at least 3.0 and be a current member of United Soccer Coaches College Services.
A total of 777 soccer teams (326 men, 451 women) earned the distinction.
Grosse's Rams finished last season 7-9-1 overall and tied for fourth place in the Midwest Conference at 4-3-1.
