Career Highlights: 2012 -- All-Iowa Conference (second - outdoor 4x800 relay). 2011 -- IIAC Champion (indoor 4x800 relay, indoor distance medley relay, outdoor 4x800 relay); All-IIAC (second - outdoor 800). 2010 -- IIAC Champion (indoor 4x800 relay); All-IIAC (second - indoor 800, third - indoor distance medley relay); Team Most Valuable Track Performer. 2009 -- All-IIAC (second - indoor 4x800 relay); Cornell First-Year Male Athlete of the Year.
