Haley Harms-Frawley

Harms-Frawley begins her fifth season in 2025 as assistant coach for Cornell’s men’s and women’s cross country and track & field programs. 

Harms-Frawley, a 2019 graduate of Wartburg College, was a four year member of the cross country and track & field programs. She was a member of two women’s cross country national qualifying teams in 2018 and 2019. On the track, she specialized in the 3000m steeplechase and contributed to two American Rivers Conference outdoor team championships for the Knights, in 2017 and 2019. 

Harms-Frawley graduated with her bachelor's degree in graphic design, with minors in marketing, Spanish, and environmental studies.

Harms-Frawley grew up in Albert Lea, Minn., where she graduated from Albert Lea High School in 2015. She was a part of the women’s cross country conference championship team in 2013.
