ANGOLA, IND. – Cornell's men's lacrosse team played a tough opponent in an undefeated Trine University team Wednesday night in their 19-3 loss at Shive Field.
The Rams (2-6) saw themselves down to the Storm (5-0) after eight goals in the first quarter and four goals in the second bolted the Storm out to a 12-0 halftime lead.

Matt Norwood netted a pair of goals in the fourth on four shot attempts with Senior
Ethan Kupka's goal in the fourth being assisted by junior
Luke Baldwin for the last goal of the game. The Rams allowed six goals in the second half to drop to the Storm, 19-3.
Rams' goalie sophomore
Thomas Cook collected 23 saves, with 10 coming in the first quarter, to secure his second game of the year with more than 20 saves. Cook was three saves off his career-high.
Cook also finished with a team-high six ground balls with sophomore
Torii Greiskalns grabbing four with a caused turnover.
The Storm had twelve different players score at least one goal with Colin Custer finishing with four goals and Andrew Douglas with three.
