MOUNT VERNON – It was a record-setting Senior Day for Cornell's track & field teams, which combined for 11 event titles on a warm Friday at the Cornell Invitational at Van Metre Field at Ash Park.
Â
Sprinter
Madison Osborn won three events and came within a mere .01 seconds from claiming a fourth in her final home meet to pace Cornell's women, which scored 124 points for third place in the seven-team field.
Â
The Rams also finished third in the men's team race with 134 points, led by double winners
Fisher Isaacson,
Gavin Soukup and
Jaxin McGuire.
Â
In the first running event of the meet, Cornell's women's 4x100 relay blew away the school record with a swift time of 49.12. The quartet of
