Edu Aldrete Calderon and
Erwann Hiernaux each scored their first career goals in the Rams' 3-0 shutout win over Midwest Conference opponent Lawrence on Saturday.

Both Calderon's and Hiernaux's goals came in the second half, at the 78- and 88-minute mark respectively.

Aidan Lerch moved his season assists total to four with a busy match that consisted of two assists, seven shots, and four shots on goal. Lerch set up freshman
Sam Burmeister at 5:35 in the first half and Calderon in the second for their goals.

The Rams had continuous momentum in the match and never surrendered it as they outshot the Vikings, 29-11, for the most shots in a game this season. Ten different Rams had at least one shot in the win, with six having multi-shot games.

This is the second consecutive shutout win for the Rams as they move to 4-4-3 overall, 2-0 in conference play. Lawrence moved to 0-6-3 overall, 0-1-1 in the MWC.

Sophomore goalkeeper
Floris Huiskers was credited with the shutout win after saving seven shots in 90 minutes of play.
