Cornell College

Bender joined Cornell’s baseball staff as pitching coaching in September 2026.
 
Bender was a four-year pitcher at Coe College (2023-26) and earned his bachelor’s degree in social and criminal justice.
 
A 2022 graduate of Liberty High School, Bender arrived on the Hilltop after serving as a volunteer assistant coach at Wartburg College. He assisted with the pitching staff and recruiting aspects.
