Desir, a 2013 Cornell graduate and multi-sport athlete for the Rams, begins his first season on the football staff coaching the cornerbacks.

Desir was a versatile defensive back at Cornell and earned four varsity letters in football. The Fort Pierce, Fla., native played in all 40 games during his career and was a senior captain on the 2012 team.

Desir also excelled on the track, where he was a two-time all-Midwest Conference sprinter. A four-year team member and 2013 captain, Desir ran on Cornell’s conference indoor runner-up 4x200 relay. He was also part of the second-place outdoor 4x100 relay at conference his senior season.

Desir graduated from Cornell with a bachelor’s degree in psychology. He is currently pursuing a master’s in sports psychology.

Desir was born in Miami, Fla. He attended St. Lucie West Centennial High School.
