Brady, who assisted Lindsey Wilson (Ky.) College to the NAIA national championship during the 2020-21 season, joined Cornell's coaching staff in 2022. He coaches defensive backs for the Rams.
Brady was linebackers coach at Morehead State University in 2021, helping the team to a 7-4 record (its best since 2015) and a runner-up finish in the conference. Brady coached a First Team All-Mid South Conference linebacker and landed three academic all-conference players at the position.
Brady, who played collegiately at Campbellsville (Ky.) and Kentucky State, guided Lindsey Wilson to a perfect 11-0 record and the NAIA national title in the spring of 2021. He coached the outside linebackers in 2020 and cornerbacks in 2021.
Prior to Lindsey Wilson, Brady served the 2019 season as a graduate assistant defensive line coach at Bluffton (Ohio). He was also the life skills and academic coordinator for the program. One of Brady's defensive linemen was named all-conference.
Following two years as a student assistant at his alma mater, Kentucky State, Brady was a graduate assistant at Howard Payne (Texas).
At Kentucky State, Brady was the assistant linebackers and assistant special teams coordinator for the 2018 season where he helped develop three all-conference players. The Thorobreds ranked 14th in Division II in punt returns.
As a college athlete, Brady won two conference championships at Campbellsville and a conference divisional title at Kentucky State.
Brady earned his bachelor's degree in criminal justice from Kentucky State in 2018.
