Meier guided the 2024 team to its best season in school history, highlighted by a program-high 13 wins to only four defeats. The Rams placed third in the Midwest Lacrosse Conference (3-2), established 15 team records and ranked No. 4 nationally in ground balls per game (28.0).

In 2023, Meier led the Rams to a strong 10-8 campaign that culminated with the program's first-ever appearance in the Midwest Women's Lacrosse Conference Tournament as the No. 4 seed.

Meier graduated from New England (Henniker, N.H.) College in 2013, earning a bachelor's degree in kinesiology. She was a four-year starter for the NCAA Division III New England Pilgrims, playing the midfield and defender positions. Meier earned team MVP honors as a sophomore and senior. She served as captain of the 2013 team.

Meier compiled 55 goals and 13 assists in 70 career starts at New England. She was a key member of the 2012 squad that advanced to the North Atlantic Conference East Division championship match.
