HENDERSONVILLE, Tenn. – Cornell's No. 24 nationally-ranked men's wrestling team won 23 of 30 contested matches in rolling to a 3-0 record at Saturday's Gator Boots Duals at Hendersonville High School.
The Rams dominated Mount Union, 34-3, and also posted convincing wins over Huntingdon, 32-10, and Ozarks, 34-10, to complete their undefeated day.
Coach
Brent Hamm's squad improved to 9-4 on the season and stretched its dual winning streak to five going into holiday break.
Eli Sneed (133 pounds), 12th-ranked

Brian Petry (165) and fourth-ranked
Cael McLaren (184) all went 3-0 to pace Cornell's lineup, which racked up 18 bonus-point wins on the day.
Sneed (14-7) tallied two major decisions, while Card (14-4) registered a pair of technical falls. Petry scored a technical fall and bumped his season record to 14-4.
McLaren recorded his 99th career victory, posting a pin, a technical fall and decision. The senior raised his impressive season mark to 17-1.

Treyten Steffen (13-3) won both of his matches at 197, which included a pin. Cornell 157-pounder
AJ Parrish (5-6) and 12th-ranked heavyweight
Jackson Brinker (9-6) both finished 2-1.
At 174,
Jace Nelson-Brown and
Dahson DeJong picked up one win apiece. At 125,
Jase Van Pelt and
Jayson Stevens each collected one victory.
Elliot Cooney went 1-2 at 141.
