Robbie Dombrowski's Rams placed three student-athletes on the
2024 NCAA Division III Academic All-District Baseball Team, selected by the College Sports Communicators.
Junior outfielder
Vince Zipperer (finance, history), junior first baseman
Sean Alvarez (Spanish) and junior pitcher
Grant Morris (kinesiology) earned the distinction for combined academic and athletic performance.
Zipperer was named academic all-district for the second consecutive season.
The Academic All-America Teams will be announced July 2.
To be eligible for all-academic recognition, the nominee must be at least a sophomore in academic and athletic standing, hold a cumulative grade point average of at least 3.50, and have competed in 90 percent of the institution's total contests or started in 66 percent of the total competitions.
