Glasier was a stalwart on the basketball court, today the only Ram in school history to collect 1,000 points and 700 rebounds in a career. He is the program's all-time rebound leader, grabbing 789 caroms in just three seasons. In 1966-67, Glasier set school marks for most rebounds (280) and best rebound average (12.7 rpg) in a season.

Glasier stands 12th on Cornell's career scoring list with 1,107 points. He averaged 16.8 points per game over his career. Glasier also ranks fourth all-time with 261 made free throws. He was a three-time all-conference selection, earning first team accolades in 1966 and 1967.

Glasier helped lead the Rams to Midwest Conference titles in 1965 and 1967. The team compiled a 32-13 record during the two championship seasons. Glasier was named one of the six best college basketball players in Iowa in 1967.
